When you install the App through the Shopify App Store, we receive only the permissions required for the App to function. Specifically, the App requests access to:

  • Shopify theme data – to read and integrate the timer widget into your store’s active theme.

We do not collect, store, or process any personal information belonging to your store’s customers. We do not access order data, customer profiles, payment information, or any other sensitive store data beyond what is listed above.

We may also collect basic technical information (such as your Shopify shop domain and installation timestamp) solely to authenticate your session and deliver the Service.

How We Use Your Information

The information we access is used exclusively to:

  • Install and display countdown timers within your storefront theme.
  • Authenticate your Shopify session and ensure proper App functionality.
  • Diagnose technical issues and improve the reliability of the Service.
