By installing or using any Teqfino application ("App") available on the Shopify App Store, you ("Merchant", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.
These Terms apply to all Apps published by Teqfino, including StockMap - Multi-Location Inventory and Easy Countdown Timer.
Teqfino provides Shopify apps that extend the functionality of your Shopify store. Each App is offered on a subscription basis with a free tier and one or more paid plans, as described on the relevant App listing page.
Features available on each plan are described at the time of installation and on the Teqfino website. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
Our Apps are built on and for the Shopify platform. Your use of the Apps is also subject to Shopify's Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Shopify's Terms, Shopify's Terms take precedence with respect to the platform itself.
Billing for paid plans is processed through Shopify's billing system. Shopify acts as the merchant of record for subscription charges.
Access to the App is tied to your Shopify store. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your store's installation of the App. You must ensure that anyone with access to your store admin understands and complies with these Terms.
You must not share, transfer, or sublicense access to the App to any third party outside your organization.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any merchant found in violation of these restrictions.
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected) through Shopify's billing system. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Shopify admin. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused portions of a billing period, except where required by applicable law.
Plan pricing, features, and billing intervals are as published on the App listing page and the Teqfino website at the time of subscription. We will provide advance notice of any price changes.
The App, including all software, designs, content, and documentation, is the exclusive property of Teqfino and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
You retain full ownership of your store data, product information, and any content you provide to the App. You grant Teqfino a limited licence to access and process that data solely for the purpose of delivering the App's functionality.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee that any specific feature will remain available in future versions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Teqfino shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you paid to Teqfino in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Teqfino and its operators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. You may terminate by uninstalling the App from your Shopify store. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately if you breach these Terms or if required by law or Shopify's policies.
Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 7, 8, 9, and 10) shall continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which Teqfino operates.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify you via the Shopify admin or by email. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
